Yes We Can, The Music, The Video And The Bumper Sticker
It was a couple weeks ago now that we noted the power of the simple motto of the Barack Obama for President campaign: Yes We Can. Well, starting this week, there’s been a powerful media phenomenon going on, the Yes We Can Barack Obama Music Video, as seen below.
The presidential campaigns of Hillary Clinton and John McCain have nothing like this - and if they tried to get something like it going, it just wouldn’t seem right. The slogan Yes We Can and the idea behind the video match Barack Obama in particular.
Even before the music video was released, the Yes We Can message was being accepted and spread independently around the web, and on the streets of America. The Yes We Can message is being seen on bumper stickers on the highway, on buttons on college campuses, on t-shirts in the mall, and on yard signs in every kind of neighborhood in every kind of community.
