I'm thinking..you can't. Funny how Liberals moan and cry about the evils of the Patriot Act, but never seem to have any problems with government agencies illegally obtaining private records, like say OH state agencies that dug into Joe The Plumber's personal income and child protection records in an attempt to discredit him.
