Congressman Mike Arcuri has played a rather cynical political game. He’s registered as a Democrat, but he panders to the Republican right wing with many of his votes in the House of Representatives.
Michael Arcuri was part of the Blue Dog effort to stall Democratic health care legislation earlier this year – which made the Republican opposition to the bill possible. Representative Arcuri also voted against the House bill to deal with climate change. Who could have imagined a Democrat taking a position against the environment? Congressman Arcuri could imagine such a thing, apparently.
Mike Arcuri is a disappointment, not a Democrat.
